AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan stated in a post on his social media account, “I am deeply saddened by the passing of presenter Erkan Yolaç, one of the master names of our television world, who left a mark on our nation's memory with the programs he hosted on TRT screens for many years.
I wish God's mercy upon the deceased and extend my condolences to his loved ones and the entire television community.”
