Government spokesperson Arnaout stated that "a judicial and human rights committee will be established to review the constitution and subsequently make amendments."
Syria's new government spokesperson, Obaida Arnaout, said in a statement that the country's constitution and parliament would be suspended for a three-month transition period following the overthrow of President Bashar al-Assad.
