Corporate tax return payment deadline extended
The Revenue Administration (GİB) has announced that the deadlines for filing corporate tax returns, which were due by April 30, and the payment of taxes accrued on these returns have been extended until May 5.
The statement issued by the GİB reads as follows:
"With the Tax Procedure Law Circular No. 188 dated April 29, 2025;
- The filing deadlines for Corporate Tax Returns for the 2024 accounting period, which were due by the end of April 30, 2025, and the payment deadlines for the taxes accrued on these returns have been extended until the end of Monday, May 5, 2025,
- The deadline for creating and signing e-Ledgers, which were due by May 12, 2025 (due to May 10, 2025, falling on a public holiday) and May 14, 2025, as well as the deadline for uploading electronic ledger and certificate files to the Revenue Administration Information Processing System, which were due within the same period, have been extended until the end of Friday, May 16, 2025."
