Court could not find him at his address: Mehmet Ağar at Galatasaray's championship celebrations

Former Interior Minister Mehmet Ağar, who was ordered to be heard as a witness in the Umut Case but whom the court has been unable to locate at his address for months, was spotted at RAMS Park during the Kayserispor match where Galatasaray celebrated its championship.

In the Umut Case, which covers the murders of journalists Uğur Mumcu, Ahmet Taner Kışlalı, Muammer Aksoy, and Bahriye Üçok, the Ankara 5th High Criminal Court had decided to hear former Interior Minister Mehmet Ağar as a witness; however, the notifications sent to Ağar were returned on the grounds that he could not be found at his address. 

During the hearing held on May 12, the court postponed the next session of the case to September 22 and decided that former Interior Minister Mehmet Ağar would be heard via SEGBİS in the following session.

While there was curiosity about the whereabouts of Ağar, who could not be found at his address, former Interior Minister Mehmet Ağar, known for his Galatasaray affiliation, was seen at Galatasaray's championship match.

Ağar, who followed the Galatasaray-Kayserispor match from a private box alongside Oğuz Altay, Ergun Gürsoy, and Uğur Güven, shared in the yellow-red team's championship joy.
