The 1st Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation has upheld the 8,658-year prison sentence given to Adnan Oktar, as well as the sentences handed down within the scope of the Adnan Oktar Armed Criminal Organization.
With the reasoned decision, the sentences given to the organization members, including the 8,658-year prison sentence for Oktar, have become final.
The organization members had been sentenced for various crimes, including sexual abuse, attempted intentional homicide, torture, obstruction of the right to education, deprivation of liberty, and unauthorized recording of personal data.
