Court president jumps from balcony after being caught with prosecutor: The illicit affair the legal community is talking about

A striking illicit affair scandal at the Ankara Courthouse has caused a major stir in the public eye. According to allegations, High Criminal Court President Y.G. and Public Prosecutor H.C., who works at the same courthouse, had been having a secret relationship for some time.

According to the report by İlker Turak from Ekoltv, on the day of the incident, Y.G. was in the apartment building where H.C. resides to visit a relative. However, it is alleged that he went to H.C.'s home upon the prosecutor's invitation. After a while, H.C.'s spouse, N.C., arrived at the home and began knocking on the door. When the door was not opened, she continued to knock persistently, and when the door was finally opened, she found both her spouse and High Criminal Court President Y.G. inside.

COURT PRESIDENT WHO JUMPED FROM BALCONY SERIOUSLY INJURED

In the moment of shock and panic, Y.G. attempted to jump from the balcony to leave without being noticed. However, this attempt had severe consequences. Falling from the balcony, Y.G. suffered multiple broken bones and was seriously injured. Y.G. was immediately taken to the hospital and placed in intensive care; he was discharged from the hospital after overcoming the life-threatening danger.

PROSECUTOR WHO DIVORCED JUDGE SPOUSE APPOINTED TO ŞANLIURFA

Following this incident, Prosecutor H.C. and her judge spouse N.C. were officially divorced. With the scandal coming to light, the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) immediately took action and launched an investigation into the allegations of an illicit affair. With the HSK Autumn Decree published recently, Prosecutor H.C. was appointed to the Şanlıurfa Public Prosecutor's Office and removed from Ankara.
