Criminal complaint filed against AKP MKYK member Hayati İnanç for 'aiding the Adnan Oktar organization'

It has been stated that AKP MKYK member Hayati İnanç interfered with the judicial process regarding the case of the judges and prosecutors who issued an acquittal in the Adnan Oktar case.

According to the report by Cumhuriyet, former members of the organization Özkan Mamati and businessman Fırat Develioğlu filed a criminal complaint against İnanç for "influencing a fair trial" and "aiding the Adnan Oktar Criminal Organization."

"BASED ON RUMORS AND EVIDENCE..."

Mamati and Develioğlu used the following statements in their criminal complaint:

"Following the pirate appellate decision of the Adnan Oktar Armed Criminal Organization, a criminal complaint was filed in 2021 regarding the members of the 1st Criminal Chamber of the Istanbul Regional Court of Justice who conducted the trial, former Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor Hadi Salihoğlu, and Önder Yaman, Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor of Istanbul Anatolian Courthouse, who is the husband of the head of the panel, Reyhan Yaman. The investigation lasted more than a year; HSK inspectors took the statements of 140 people and sent the matter to the HSK 2nd Chamber for trial, including many penalties, primarily the 'dismissal from duty' of the relevant persons. The Chamber met in recent months and decided by a 5/1 vote that the relevant persons should be tried for the requested crimes, and the decision was notified to the parties for their final defense.

In recent developments, based on the rumors and evidence received that Hayati İnanç, an AKP MKYK member mentioned in the complaint of the victim-complainants, is pressuring HSK members and high-level officials of the Ministry of Justice to save the judges and prosecutors on trial and is making attempts to save the relevant persons from receiving sentences, a criminal complaint has been filed against Hayati İnanç for 'Attempting to Influence a Fair Trial and Aiding the Adnan Oktar Armed Criminal Organization'."

GENÇ: AN AKP MKYK MEMBER IS LOBBYING

Names including former Anti-Financial Crimes Branch Manager Furkan Sezer and journalist Nihat Genç also reacted to the judicial interference.

Genç made the following post on his social media account:

"This is our intelligence, a rumor from our news sources, for your information! It was requested that some judges and prosecutors who gave an acquittal to the Adnan Oktar organization with a pirate decision be dismissed and tried with heavy penalties through an HSK investigation, however! An AKP member, an MKYK member whose name we are keeping confidential, is lobbying to influence HSK members by using their influence and to save these people from the sentences they will receive! This warning tweet has been posted by me for the sake of an independent judiciary and the well-being of the law, before the pitcher is broken, signed, a friend!"

Sezer noted the following:

"We said this case is a case above politics and ideologies, but some have misunderstood this; an AKP MKYK member is running desperately to save some people with a member of the judiciary who entered a very important board of the Ministry of Justice from the CHP list. I try not to lose my composure, but for this case, for a single tear of the young girls victimized by the Adnan Oktar Criminal Organization, we would burn the world. By the way, you have other sins too; first let us break the wings of Adnan Oktar and his cronies, then their turn will come, you insolent people."
