Criminal complaint against Tamer Karadağlı from Gaye Filiz Alacacı

State Theatres (DT) General Manager Tamer Karadağlı sparked controversy with his remarks directed at the institution's artists, stating, "If you are not going to work, resign; the Tulip Era is over." Following these words, Alacacı reacted sharply to Karadağlı. 

ALLEGATIONS OF INTERROGATION AND DETENTION

It is stated that after Karadağlı's remarks, Alacacı was held for three hours by an inspector named Görkem Ali Kaya, during which her phone was confiscated and she was subjected to interrogation. During this process, allegations emerged that Alacacı was subjected to threats and blackmail.

APPLICATION TO THE ANKARA CHIEF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

Following these events, Gaye Filiz Alacacı filed a complaint with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against Tamer Karadağlı, inspector Görkem Ali Kaya, and other responsible parties, accusing them of deprivation of liberty, misconduct in public office, and obstruction of communication. The petition emphasized that Alacacı was unlawfully held for three hours and was pressured to apologize via social media.

REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION

In her petition, Alacacı requested that an investigation be launched into all the named suspects. Furthermore, she demanded that these individuals be punished for the specified charges.

Regarding the matter, CHP MP Orhan Sarıbal had previously submitted a parliamentary question for Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy to answer.
