Criminal complaint against terrorist leader Öcalan by Orkun Özeller: 'To those who speak of the right to hope, we say forget that right'

Retired Colonel Orkun Özeller has filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office against terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan for "Undermining the Unity and Integrity of the State," noting that the instructions and approvals allegedly issued by Öcalan from İmralı since 1999 are linked to attacks carried out by the organization.

Özeller's lawyer, Doğukan Kozan, stated on social media: "My client, Orkun Özeller, has filed a criminal complaint against Abdullah Öcalan for the crime of Undermining the Unity and Integrity of the State, in relation to the instructions and approvals issued by Öcalan from İmralı after 1999 and the terrorist acts carried out by the PKK."

Özeller shared the details of the criminal complaint with the note, "To those who speak of the right to hope, we say forget that right."
