Hikmet Tuğsuz, who joined the Survivor 2025 All-Star cast as a reserve, is in the spotlight due to new indictments prepared against him. Tuğsuz, who was previously sentenced to 12 years and 16 months in prison for two separate assault crimes and was released on probation after spending some time in prison, will now be tried for fraud and intentional injury with a weapon. The Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, which issued an arrest warrant for him on February 10, will arrest Tuğsuz the moment he enters Turkey upon his return from Survivor.
CRIMINAL PAST REVEALED
According to the report by Sabah, Hikmet Tuğsuz, a graduate of Adnan Menderes University School of Physical Education and Sports, was sentenced to heavy prison terms due to crimes he committed in the past, despite being known as an athlete.
On June 27, 2016, he was involved in two separate assault incidents and received a 12-year and 16-month prison sentence.
He entered prison on July 31, 2023, but was released by benefiting from probation.
Although he had a travel ban, he had the ban lifted to participate in Survivor.
It was determined that he was involved in fraud and intentional injury crimes after being released.
45 MILLION LIRA VILLA FRAUD

HE WILL GO TO PRISON AS SOON AS HE RETURNS FROM THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Since Hikmet Tuğsuz committed new crimes while on probation, a retrial process has been initiated. An arrest warrant was issued for him following the indictment prepared by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
