The trial regarding the murder of former Ülkü Ocakları President Sinan Ateş, which also involves several individuals identified by the then-Deputy Chairman of the Ülkü Ocakları, Burak Kılıç, continued today.

Burak Kılıç, the President of the İzmir Ülkü Ocakları, who had not attended the hearings for a long time, connected to today's session via SEGBİS.

Kılıç stated that he did not remember whether he had filmed the residential complex where Sinan Ateş lived or why he had sent the footage to Tolgahan Demirbaş.

In response to a question, Burak Kılıç noted that he might have spoken with Tolgahan Demirbaş not only on December 30, 2022, but every day.

When asked who the "S. A." mentioned in the correspondence could be if it were not Sinan Ateş, Burak Kılıç replied, "It could be anyone whose first name starts with S and last name with A." The presiding judge reacted by saying, "We know that too. Who could it be in your community?" Burak Kılıç responded, "I don't know."
