The court panel announced its interim ruling following the 5-day first hearing.

The court panel decided to release detained defendants Cihan Tutal, a CHP Municipal Council Member, and Naim Ayhan, the Bolu Municipality Financial Services Manager, under judicial control measures. Additionally, the house arrest measure for Bolu Deputy Mayor Leyla Beykoz was lifted.
Detention continued for 4 defendants
The court panel ruled that the detention of suspended Mayor Tanju Özcan, Deputy Mayor Süleyman Can, BOLSEV Board Member Ali Sarıyıldız, and Mustafa Altındal, President of the Bolu Greengrocers and Vendors Chamber and the Bolu Köroğlu Credit and Bail Cooperative, shall continue. The hearing was adjourned to September 7.
