Critical meeting between Özgür Özel and Ekrem İmamoğlu: Latest developments to be on the table
Following the arrest of CHP's Esenyurt Mayor Özer, the party moved its Antalya camp to Istanbul. It has been claimed that CHP Chairman Özgür Özel, who held a closed-door meeting, will soon hold a critical discussion with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor İmamoğlu.

A trustee was appointed by the Ministry of Interior to replace Özer.
Following this development, CHP Chairman Özgür Özel moved his party's Antalya camp to Istanbul.
At the rally held in Esenyurt, both Ekrem İmamoğlu and Özgür Özel gave messages supporting Ahmet Özer.
CRITICAL MEETING BETWEEN ÖZEL AND İMAMOĞLU
Journalist Şaban Sevinç stated that Özel and Ekrem İmamoğlu will hold a one-on-one meeting.
Speaking on a program he attended on Ekol TV, Sevinç stated the following:
"By the way, let me also say this: Özgür Özel will have a one-on-one meeting with Ekrem İmamoğlu after the closed group meeting. Naturally, as the Mayor of Istanbul, Mr. Ekrem is in the position of the host. They will probably discuss these latest developments over a meal. Perhaps they will share their concerns a bit."
