Cübbeli Ahmet reveals what he discussed with Alaattin Çakıcı

Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü, who had reacted to the call made by MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli regarding terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan, deleted his post after meeting with organized crime figure Alaattin Çakıcı.

In a post on his social media account following his visit to Çakıcı, Ahmet Mahmut Ünlü changed his tone and expressed support for MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli.

Cübbeli Ahmet used the following expressions in his statement:

“At this point, the reality has emerged that, as understood from the statements made by Cemil Bayık and his men from Qandil, Qandil places no value on Abdullah Öcalan. Thus, the accuracy of Devlet Bey’s words that ‘Zionist Jews and Americans are behind the PKK’ is revealed. May Allah Almighty protect our state, our nation, and the Islamic world from all internal and external dangers.”

Cübbeli Ahmet disclosed the details regarding his meeting with Çakıcı. Stating that he has a long-standing friendship with Çakıcı, Ünlü said, "I wasn't going to tweet just because I met with him..."

"I ALSO DISCUSSED 'RABITA' WITH THE HIGHEST OFFICIALS OF THE STATE"

According to reports by Halk TV, Ünlü claimed that Çakıcı is a thinker. Although Ünlü stated that they discussed current issues in Turkey, he asserted that the main topic was 'rabıta' (spiritual connection). Claiming that rabıta prevents robotization, Ünlü said, "I have also discussed this rabıta with the highest officials of the state. Therefore, for minutes, like 20 minutes, 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, this subject is a state issue; this matter of rabıta and the testament of the Efendi Hazretleri, its verification and realization, also concerns the state. In what respect? A great path is being corrupted here. Once it is corrupted, it turns against the homeland, the nation, the state, and the government project, turning the protection of the inner city into its opposite, into a sale. When the rabıta is corrupted. Therefore, wherever we are, our agenda, our religion, our Sharia, our tariqa, our gnosis, and our truth is this."

"HIS FATHER WAS MY FATHER'S FRIEND"

Ünlü stated the following exactly:

Regarding Alaattin Bey, this was already a planned meeting. Yes, exactly. Alaattin Bey's father was a friend of my father. Alaattin Bey had an uncle, a close relative, Necati Çakıcı. He was a follower of Mahmut Efendi Hazretleri. Later, the communists killed him. Uh, during the events of the 80s, the right-wing and left-wing clashes, and so on. Therefore, he is someone who loves Mahmut Efendi Hazretleri, and someone I have spoken with over the phone, visited to offer get-well wishes when he was released from prison, and exchanged holiday greetings with on various occasions. He is not someone I just met; it is not the first time. But I still haven't been able to visit him. I wasn't going to tweet just because we spoke...

"ÇAKICI IS A THINKER"

Did we have such a relationship? Yes, we did. Later, I made appointments to go see him a few times for other reasons, religious motives, and for some important issues that I believed would be beneficial for Islam, in order to hold consultations. Once, he was hospitalized. Another time he called, but we were not in Istanbul. So, we had a few such instances. This has been the subject for a few years. This past summer, in August, he was on a boat in Marmaris. Again, some people reached out to me. We have mutual acquaintances, and they suggested a visit or something similar. We spoke via video call for nearly an hour. He has a lot of knowledge about Muhyiddin Ibn Arabi. He has read books for 50 years, spent 20 years abroad, and 30 years in prison domestically. He is very cultured. I mean, he says he is not a thinker, but he is a thinker; he knows such things that he has absorbed from the books he read. We talked about Rashid Rida, and today we discussed those things. We talked about the corruption of Mustafa İslamoğlu, his Sunni thought, his innovations, and so on. We talked about names like Hayrettin Karaman and Mehmet Görmez; what did we talk about?

"I LISTEN TO EVERYONE"

Wherever I am, the environment ends up being related to my areas of interest. If the other party is explaining something, of course, I listen with respect. I listen to everyone. But in the end, like Nasreddin Hodja, I turn the tray around and bring the baklava back to myself.

"HE CAME AT THIS POINT"

I look at the work wherever I go. Therefore, he is also a cultured person. Let's say these kinds of topics were discussed. I said I couldn't come to Marmaris. I had gone to a place in Muğla. I looked, he said come, but it was three hours away, on the road, and it was nighttime. We spoke via video call. However, I was going to return here in two or three days, and I had to make it to my lecture. I said from where I was staying that I couldn't come right then, and that we should meet when you return to Istanbul. That was our agreement. Since then, we have kept in touch. And before these issues, he would call me to say he was available and that we should meet. If we were available—well, we were out of Istanbul, or going here or there—our schedules would clash. Now, how would we meet at this hour? For example, we have a program commitment here, and I am a person who is constantly in programs. This just happened to be convenient. It was convenient.

"TURKEY'S CURRENT ISSUES WERE DISCUSSED"

There is our brother Selahattin Yılmaz, we have a meeting where we also met with him. He is already someone we see as family, our wives meet and so on. At this point, he came and picked me up. We met. Naturally, Turkey's issues, the agenda, and current events were discussed.

"WE DISCUSSED RABITA WITH ÇAKICI"

Now he says, other than God..., well, therefore, regarding matters concerning our brother Alaattin Çakıcı, we also discussed the issue of 'rabita' (spiritual connection). Because the issue of rabita is not just an issue for the İsmail Ağa community, it is an issue of Turkey's survival, a state issue. I am saying this now. When had I said this from the podiums?

"HOW MANY MORE FETÖS WILL EMERGE ONCE THEY ARE ROBOTIZED"

They are robotized through rabita, and once they are robotized, how many more FETÖs will be created... Did I say these things? I did. I am of the same opinion. I have discussed this rabita issue with the highest authorities of the state as well. Therefore, for minutes, like 20 minutes, 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, this subject is a state issue. This rabita issue, the testament of the Efendi Hazretleri, its verification and implementation, also concerns the state. In what respect? A great path is being corrupted here. Once it is corrupted, it turns against the homeland, the nation, the state, and the government project, and instead of protecting the inner city, it turns into selling it out. When the rabita is corrupted. Therefore, wherever we are, our agenda, our religion, our Sharia, our tariqa, our gnosis, and our truth is this.
