"First, the judiciary. It is essential to establish a reliable and respected judicial system. It cannot happen without this. In parallel, the education system needs to be overhauled. It is impossible for the Turkish economy to recover permanently without creating an education system that is open to competition, programmed for free thinking, capable of using artificial intelligence correctly, open to innovation, and, I repeat, one that fosters free thought. I always emphasize institutions. At the top of these institutions are the judiciary and educational institutions. Countries where these two institutions are not healthy cannot permanently fix their economies."
