Date set for Imrali vote in commission

The National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission, established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) in line with the goal of a "Terror-Free Turkey," will hold an Imrali vote on Friday at 14:00.

MHP Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız announced that the National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission will convene on Friday for the Imrali vote.

The National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission held a critical meeting.

During the meeting, Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya, Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler, and National Intelligence Organization (MİT) Director İbrahim Kalın delivered presentations. It is reported that the field reflections of the PKK's decision to dissolve and lay down arms, as well as reports from the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) and MİT on this matter, were shared with commission members.

Whether commission members would visit Imrali was also among the topics of the meeting. It was stated that the Imrali vote in the commission will take place on Friday.

Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Chairman Feti Yıldız stated, "There will be a vote in the commission on Friday, and we will go to Imrali as soon as possible."
