Date set for meeting between DEM Party Imrali Delegation and AKP
The date for the meeting between the DEM Party Imrali Delegation and the AKP has been announced.
The DEM Party, an alliance partner in the second opening process—which the government, with MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli as its architect, has named "Terror-Free Turkey"—is continuing its meetings.
The date for the meeting between the DEM Party Imrali Delegation, which visited Future Party leader Ahmet Davutoğlu today, and the AKP has been set.
AKP and DEM Party officials will meet on Saturday, December 20, at 14:00.
The DEM Party Imrali Delegation had requested an appointment for a meeting with the Ministry of Justice in addition to the AKP. While a swift response came from the AKP, the date for the meeting with the Ministry of Justice has not yet been finalized.
The DEM Party Imrali Delegation was also scheduled to visit CHP Chairman Özgür Özel. However, following the death of Manisa Şehzadeler Mayor Gülşah Durbay, that meeting was postponed to a later date.
