Decision for free public transport on July 15 published in the Official Gazette
The decision regarding free metro services for the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day has been published in the Official Gazette.
According to the decision signed by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Başkentray, Marmaray, İZBAN, the Sirkeci-Kazlıçeşme Rail System Line, and the Gayrettepe-Istanbul Airport-Arnavutköy Metro Line will provide free service on Tuesday, July 15, in observance of the July 15 National Unity Day.
Additionally, the Halkalı-Arnavutköy Metro Line will be free of charge until July 31, 2026, to mark its opening.
