The decision regarding the establishment of an Administrative Court in the province of Gümüşhane has been published in the Official Gazette.
With the decision published in the Official Gazette by the Ministry of Justice, an Administrative Court will be established in the province of Gümüşhane, following the positive opinions of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, and the Ministry of Trade, and with the approval of the Minister. The judicial district of the court will encompass the administrative boundaries of the provinces of Gümüşhane and Bayburt.
