As part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Show TV News Anchor Ela Rümeysa Cebeci, Beyaz TV Main News Anchor Hande Sarıoğlu, and former Habertürk anchor Meltem Acet were detained by the gendarmerie yesterday on charges of "purchasing, accepting, or possessing drugs or stimulants for personal use, or using drugs or stimulants."
It has been reported that the anchors, from whom blood samples were taken, have been released.
