In a post on his social media account regarding the matter, Minister Tunç stated, "We continue our work with determination to ensure that trials are concluded within a reasonable time, that justice is served without delay, and that specialization in courts is achieved. As the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, following the 2025 summer decree we previously published, we have now published the authority decree regarding the determination of judges' authorities and the activation of new courts.

With the 2025 permanent authority decrees, we have taken comprehensive steps to strengthen judicial services. We have made a total of 2,028 authority arrangements in the 1st and 2nd regions, and 653 authority arrangements in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th regions, totaling 2,681 new authority arrangements. We have established and activated new High Criminal Courts in Gaziosmanpaşa, Biga, Gemlik, Mustafakemalpaşa, Lüleburgaz, Menemen, and Bismil," he said.

Stating that they are taking judicial steps with determination to protect the family structure, Minister Tunç added, "We are taking our judicial steps with determination to ensure that cases requiring expertise aimed at protecting the family structure are concluded within a reasonable time. We have established family courts in 9 more provinces: Ardahan, Artvin, Bingöl, Bitlis, Gümüşhane, Hakkâri, Sinop, Şırnak, and Tunceli. Thus, we have activated family courts in all our provinces. We have further strengthened our judicial organization by activating a total of 87 new courts.

Specifically for land registry cases, we have restructured the İzmir, Gaziantep, and Elazığ Land Registry Courts to have 3 judges, and the Adıyaman Land Registry Court to have 2 judges. We will continue our work uninterrupted with the vision of a justice system that is based on the rule of law, does not delay, and is predictable. I wish all these arrangements we have made to be beneficial to our judicial community and our country," he said.
