Defendant in the Sinan Ateş case turns out to be the lawyer for the Ülkü Ocakları President!
It has been alleged that lawyer Serdar Öktem, who is being held in custody on suspicion of participating in the escape of the hitman in the Sinan Ateş murder trial, served as the lawyer for Ülkü Ocakları Chairman Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım.
Halk TV columnist İsmail Saymaz wrote that Ülkü Ocakları Chairman Ahmet Yiğit Yıldırım's legal defense was handled by Serdar Öktem, who is now being held in custody on suspicion of participating in the escape of the hitman in the Sinan Ateş murder trial.
'THE PROSECUTOR CANNOT FIND THE ORGANIZATION'
Saymaz noted the following:
“He served as his deputy for a time in the year Yıldırım was appointed Chairman of the Ülkü Ocakları. In other words, he was not just his lawyer. He was his companion. Add it all up and calculate. Çep plans the assassination and finds the hitman. Köktürk sends money to Çep to be used in the murder. Öktem is both the lawyer for these two defendants… He is accused of helping the hitman escape after the murder. And he also undertook Yıldırım's defense in two assaults and one complaint.
Oh, by the way… Yıldırım is at the top of the list of 17 suspects in the additional investigation file regarding the Sinan Ateş assassination. He is under a travel ban. Despite all this evidence, the prosecutor cannot find the organization in the Sinan Ateş assassination.”
