Actress Demet Özdemir, who was stranded in a studio located in the Ayazağa neighborhood following heavy rainfall in Istanbul's Sarıyer district, was evacuated through the efforts of emergency teams.
Following Özdemir's call for help, AFAD, UMKE, fire department, Coast Guard, SAK, and AKUT teams were dispatched to the area. In the area affected by flooding, the teams reached the building where the studio is located by boat.
Following the evacuation operation, Demet Özdemir was safely removed from the flooded area. Footage of the rescue operation showed the Coast Guard and other teams working intensively in the region.
