Deniz Yavuzyılmaz claims 'those arrested know the political wing': Striking statement on the fund scandal from YENİ Party member

We must break this game!

Therefore, for the integrity of the investigation;

All incumbent members of the Capital Markets Board (SPK) who granted the permits from the creation of the Tera company's manipulative closed-end fund until its public offering;

All SPK members!

Must either resign, or a legal amendment must be made immediately so that they can be dismissed under current conditions!

Furthermore, those in office during this process;

The board members of the Central Registry Agency (MKK) and Takasbank must be dismissed immediately!

Throughout the investigation;

These members should also be removed from their other public duties!

For five whole years—not a day, not a month—during this massive fund fraud, those who slept or pretended to sleep despite all warnings;

The HTS records of these board members

Must be examined (Do they provide base station data with the fund managers?)

Their assets must be frozen as a precautionary measure.

The account activities of themselves, their spouses, children, and associates must be examined. It must be determined whether there are unusual increases in their assets.

If there are asset increases incompatible with their salaries, they must be investigated.

An indictment must be prepared immediately on charges of misconduct in office.
