Deputy Minister of National Education Nazif Yılmaz dismissed

With the decision published in the Official Gazette, Deputy Minister of National Education Nazif Yılmaz has been dismissed from his post and replaced by the Chairman of the Board of Education and Discipline, Cihad Demirli.

According to the decision published with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Deputy Minister of National Education Nazif Yılmaz has been dismissed.

Cihad Demirli, Chairman of the Board of Education and Discipline, has been appointed to replace Yılmaz. Cem Gençoğlu has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Education and Discipline; Halil İbrahim Topçu, Director General of Secondary Education, and Hatice Çelik have been appointed as members of the Board of Education and Discipline; Cengiz Mete, Director General of Lifelong Learning, has been appointed as the Director General of Secondary Education; and Emre Topoğlu has been appointed as the Director General of Lifelong Learning.

Additionally, with the same decision, Enes Bot has been appointed as the Head of Strategy Development at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ömer Faruk Öztürk as the President of the Labor and Social Security Training and Research Center, and İbrahim Oğuzhan Yıldırım as the Deputy Director General of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR).

Tarık Tanguroğlu has been appointed to the vacant position of Deputy Director General of Personnel at the Ministry of Family and Social Services.

At the Ministry of Trade, Deputy Directors General of Product Safety and Inspection Mehmet Halil Madazlı and Ahmet Karabay have been dismissed.

With the decision, Orhan Kaldırım, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation (TEİAŞ), and Deputy General Manager Deniz Coşkun have been dismissed.

Serhat Metin has been appointed as Deputy General Manager, while Ahmet Özkaya, Mustafa Pustu, and Süleyman Önel have been appointed as members of the Board of Directors.

Fatih Çakmak and Mustafa Akkaya have been appointed to the vacant positions of members of the Board of Directors at the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ).
