Did the allegedly stolen questions appear on the AYT?
A Telegram account that shared 24 questions 10 hours before the AYT, claiming they were exam questions, attempted to sell them to candidates for 3,000 TL, causing anxiety among families. ÖSYM determined in its investigation that not a single one of these questions appeared on the exam.
A Telegram account named ''AYT 2024 leaked questions'' had announced that it was sharing 24 questions 10 hours before the AYT (Field Proficiency Test) exam and putting them up for sale for 3,000 TL.
Following this situation, candidates and their families experienced anxiety.
According to Sultan Uçar from Sözcü; it was observed that not a single question from those shared on Telegram appeared on the exam.
It was learned that the Ministry of Interior's Cyber Crimes Unit has been closely monitoring the account that attempted to sell questions by making posts that caused anxiety for millions of candidates and their families.
They did not have the questions, but it was determined that a manipulation was carried out with the aim of generating income through the university entrance exam.
As expected, the allegations were clarified as of 13:15.
