Died after falling into a feed mixer

In an incident that occurred at the Mehmet Fatih Can farm in the Gölüstü area of Demirtaş Cumhuriyet Neighborhood in Bursa, an Afghan citizen named Celil lost his life after falling into a feed mixer.

Upon receiving a report of a workplace accident at the specified address, health and rescue teams arrived at the scene and discovered the lifeless body of the Afghan citizen named Celil, who had fallen into the feed mixer while leaning over it, becoming trapped and suffering fatal injuries.

It was revealed that the individual named Celil, aged 20-25, who had been working on the farm for approximately 4-5 months and staying in a shed on the premises, had no social security registration at the workplace and had not been registered with the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.

As a result of the investigations, it was determined that the foreign national had fallen into the feed mixer while leaning over it, becoming trapped and losing his life due to the injuries sustained.

While no camera footage was found during the initial assessment at the scene, the autopsy prosecutor, the Crime Scene Investigation (OYİ) teams, and the relevant department were informed.

As a result of the investigation initiated by the Demirtaş Police Station, the business owner, 34-year-old Mehmet Fatih Can, was taken into custody after it was reported that both the business owner and the deceased individual were at fault regarding the fatal accident that occurred on December 11 at approximately 17:50.
