Dilan Polat reveals what she learned from her cellmate Seçil Erzan: 'She didn't want me to talk about it much'

In a post on her social media account, Polat revealed what Erzan had taught her.

Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat, who were arrested on charges of money laundering and illegal betting and are facing up to 40 years in prison, were released following an interim ruling. The couple, who are active users of social media, remain a constant topic of public discussion.

Dilan Polat, who frequently makes headlines with posts from her home featuring her family and employees, also occasionally draws attention by sharing her prayers and religious recitations.

Dilan Polat, who had previously stated that she was cellmates with Seçil Erzan, the defendant in the case known as the "Fatih Terim Fund" or the "high-yield secret fund" case, has now revealed what Erzan taught her. 

In an Instagram story, while discussing the religious recitations she performs, she mentioned that she and her cellmate Seçil Erzan used to pray together while in prison.

Dilan Polat's statement is as follows:

"By the way, Seçil taught me quite a few things. We were in the same cell, you know. I had forgotten, but she would make me do it every day. She would remind me. She was a good girl, by the way, a very good girl. May God help her. She didn't want me to talk about her much, by the way. She specifically warned me when I was leaving, and I have never talked about her or those two sisters—our cells were side-by-side—as much as possible; I don't like it at all. What happens there, stays there."

Sharing the prayer she was taught, Polat said, "Seçil and I would drink it in three sips to find healing."
