Decision from the Directorate of Communications for the elections in Ankara and Istanbul!

The Presidential Directorate of Communications will establish "press centers" in Ankara and Istanbul for national and international media members who wish to follow the March 31 Local Administration General Elections.

It has been learned that the press centers will be open throughout the day for use by national and resident international media members, as well as international media members arriving from abroad to monitor the elections.

The Directorate will establish these press centers at the Point Hotel in Ankara and at The Marmara Taksim in Istanbul.

According to the statement made by the Directorate, data regarding election results in the press centers to be established in Ankara and Istanbul will be provided by Anadolu Agency (AA).

It was stated that national and international media members will be able to conduct interviews with guests at the press centers, which will also be open to visits by academics, opinion leaders, and representatives of public institutions.

On the other hand, an exhibition themed "Turkey's Election History and Democratic Experience" will be featured at the press centers.

The press centers will be open for service to media members starting from 14:00 on Sunday, March 31.
