DİSK President Çerkezoğlu sends 'Taksim' message from Saraçhane
DİSK President Arzu Çerkezoğlu addressed the public from Saraçhane Square, the meeting point for May 1st.
In the message she shared, Çerkezoğlu stated, "We will meet to be at Taksim Square. We are waiting for everyone at Saraçhane Square at 10:00."
DİSK President Arzu Çerkezoğlu made the following call:
"We are in Saraçhane... We will meet to be in the May 1st squares all across Turkey, and in Istanbul, in our May 1st square, Taksim Square.
We are waiting for all workers, laborers, retirees, women, youth; everyone who stands up for their labor, their bread, and their country, at Saraçhane Square at 10:00."
