Dispute over excess baggage fee at Esenler Bus Terminal ends in bloodshed
An argument between a passenger traveling from Esenler Bus Terminal to Kapaklı and the bus staff led to a fight at the Kapaklı Bus Terminal, leaving three people injured. A.H.S., who was stabbed by the bus driver, is in critical condition.
A.H.S. and his family, who arrived in Kapaklı from the Istanbul Esenler Bus Terminal, had a dispute with the bus driver B.A. and his assistant M.A. over an excess baggage fee. A.H.S. informed his relatives, who were waiting for them at the Kapaklı Bus Terminal, about the situation. When the bus reached the Kapaklı Bus Terminal, the argument between A.H.S.'s relatives and the bus driver and his assistant flared up again.

During the altercation, the bus driver B.A. used a knife he had with him to injure A.H.S., H.S., and E.B.S. The injured were taken to Çerkezköy State Hospital by ambulances that arrived at the scene. It was learned that A.H.S., whose condition is critical, has been taken into intensive care.
Following the incident, the bus driver B.A. and his son, the assistant M.A., were taken into custody by police teams, and an investigation has been launched.
