In a statement made on the social media account of the Center for Combating Disinformation, it was stated: "The claims appearing in some international media outlets and social media platforms that ‘Syrian government officials and Hezbollah leaders met in Turkey under the hosting of the MIT’ are completely baseless.

The claims regarding the date, location, content, and contacts mentioned in the posts in question do not reflect any reality and are entirely fictional and speculative in nature.

It is kindly requested that the public only take into account statements made by official authorities."
