DMM responds to claims of 'fines for missing MHRS appointments'
In a written statement, the Center for Combating Disinformation (DMM) announced that claims circulating in various media outlets regarding "the imposition of fines for not attending or canceling MHRS appointments" are unfounded.
In a post on the DMM's social media account, regarding the claims appearing in various media outlets, the statement made clarified that MHRS appointment scheduling, cancellation, or chstating that changing is completelyfree of charge, the following was noted:
"The pages and linkscontaining phrases such as 'Appointment Cancellation Penalty Notification' shared in theclaims in question do notbelong to the Ministry of Health or MHRS systems. Our citizens should only perform their transactions through the official MHRS website (http://mhrs.gov.tr) or the MHRS mobile application. making them throughis of importance. Content intended for disinformation and deceptionis subject to the necessary legalprocesses being carried out bythe relevant authorities."
