Drug operation conducted at a venue named Lucca in Bebek

Narcotics teams from the Istanbul Police Department conducted an operation at the business named Lucca in Bebek as part of an investigation into the use and trafficking of illicit substances; searches and inspections were carried out under the coordination of judicial authorities.

Following the raid on Lucca in Bebek by the Istanbul Narcotics Bureau, the searches and inspections were completed after approximately 1.5 hours. No drugs or any criminal elements were found during the body searches and the search of the premises at Lucca in Bebek.

The owner of Lucca, Cem Mirap, was taken into custody as part of an investigation and brought to the Istanbul Narcotics Crimes Investigation Branch Directorate.

The venue, which was closed to entries and exits for one hour and searched with a narcotics detector dog, has been reopened to customers.
