Drug operation targeting celebrities: Feyza Altun was taken from her home while saying 'I am not on the list'

A comprehensive investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's Bureau of Investigation for Smuggling, Narcotics, and Economic Crimes continues with an operation set to shake the magazine world. It has been learned that many famous names will have their statements taken on charges of "using drugs or stimulant substances."

Teams from the Istanbul Provincial Gendarmerie Command carried out simultaneous operations in the morning hours. In the operation, 19 well-known public figures, including Dilan Polat, Engin Polat, Hadise Açıkgöz, İrem Derici, Kubilay Aka, Kaan Yıldırım, Berrak Tüzünataç, Demet Evgar Babataş, Duygu Özaslan Mutaf, Zeynep Meriç Aral Keskin, Özge Özpirinçci, lawyer Feyza Altun, Derin Talu, Deren Talu, Metin Akdülger, Ceren Moray Orcan, Ziynet Sali, and Mert Yazıcıoğlu, were taken to the Provincial Gendarmerie Command to provide statements and blood samples.

As the repercussions of the operation continue, a striking detail emerged regarding the famous lawyer Feyza Altun. Halktv.com.tr columnist İsmail Saymaz announced in a post on his social media account that Altun was also on the detention list.

According to Saymaz, Altun called him to say that her name was not on the list. However, while this conversation was ongoing, Altun's door was knocked on, and she was taken into custody by gendarmerie teams.
