The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) shared official information with the public in the following minutes. According to the statement made by the institution, a magnitude 2.6 earthquake occurred at 00:18 at a depth of approximately 9.75 kilometers, with its epicenter in the Çatalca district of Istanbul.
