Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu traveled to the Gürün district of Sivas for a series of visits. Visiting the 600-year-old Şeyh Hamid-i Veli Somuncu Baba Mill in the Suçatı neighborhood, Uraloğlu met with students who achieved success in high school and university entrance exams. Following his program there, Uraloğlu moved on to the AKP Gürün District Headquarters.
At the meeting at the district headquarters, Uraloğlu was accompanied by AKP Group Chairman Abdullah Güler, Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Osman Poyraz, Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Sami Er, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç, and AKP Provincial Chairman Yusuf Tanrıverdi. Stating that they are working to serve the country under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Uraloğlu made the following assessments regarding the process:
"Look, we have experienced a world of troubles, but we have never said at the point of service, 'The economy is bad, we are not providing services, we cannot provide them.' When you set out with good intentions, God Almighty has also blessed our resources. We have a world leader, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, at our head. May God be pleased with him. As he says, 'I cannot thank my Lord enough for granting me companions like you.' As people who work closely with him, we also cannot thank God enough for granting us such a leader and for granting us the opportunity to walk the path with him."

Touching upon the government's infrastructure investments and giving messages regarding the upcoming election process, Uraloğlu said, "We will build the roads, we will build the bridges, we will build the tunnels, we will build the hospitals. They are all our duty. But do you know what we do best? Building bridges to people's hearts. As the AKP organization, we have done this very well, with God's permission. There is an election process ahead of us now. Hopefully, as the People's Alliance, we will re-elect our President together, with God's permission, and continue on our path. In that sense, whatever duty falls to us, know that I am as close to you as my Deputy Minister friend," he said.
