İmamoğlu stated, "For years, Turkey has been held captive by a handful of ambitious individuals who have demolished democracy, the rule of law, and the peace of the nation.

We must change this government, which is dragging Turkey into an abyss in state administration, justice, the economy, foreign policy, education, healthcare, and every field that determines the nation's fate," he said.

Addressing the leaders of political parties, İmamoğlu wrote the following on his social media account:

"WE ALL HAVE A DUTY

I am addressing the esteemed leaders of our political parties:

For years, Turkey has been held captive by a handful of ambitious individuals who have demolished democracy, the rule of law, and the peace of the nation.

We are at one of the most important turning points in Turkey's history.

We all have great and historic duties on this path!

Regardless of party affiliation, we all need to silence the nation's cry and lead Turkey toward a strong future.

It is time to raise our voices together against injustices!

We have a lot of work to do together.

First, we will raise our voices together against injustice, and then we will save Turkey together!"
