Ekrem İmamoğlu to celebrate his birthday in Silivri Prison
CHP's imprisoned presidential candidate and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu will turn 54 in Silivri Prison.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was detained in a dawn operation on the morning of March 19, was arrested on charges of 'corruption' on March 23, the day he was announced as a presidential candidate, and sent to Silivri Prison.
Born on June 4, 1971, in the Akçaabat district of Trabzon, İmamoğlu will turn 54 tomorrow in Silivri Prison, where he is being held.
