Emlak Katılım Bank has won the tender for PPR Holding and its subsidiary Papara Menkul Değerler, which were put up for sale by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF).

The statement regarding the transfer process, which was included in the CMB bulletin, is as follows;

"It has been decided to approve the request for permission for the change in the partnership structure of Papara Menkul Değerler AŞ (Brokerage House), and the partnership structure of the Brokerage House before and after the share transfer is included in the table below."
