The case, publicly known as the 'Fatih Terim Fund', involves the names of Arda Turan, Emre Belözoğlu, Fernando Muslera, Volkan Bahçekapılı, Buse Terim, and Selçuk İnan, as well as numerous business people.

According to reporting by Dinçer Gökçe from Halk TV, Emre Belözoğlu handed over 1 million 492 thousand dollars on March 17, 2023, through his cousin Volkan Bahçekapılı. Bahçekapılı delivered the aforementioned money personally to Erzan at the branch in Levent where she was the manager. On the same day, Belözoğlu sent another 1 million 400 thousand dollars. This time, Erzan went to Bahçekapılı's office in Levent to collect the money.

On March 18, Belözoğlu gave 400 thousand dollars to his driver, Alpaslan Akyüz, and asked him to deliver it to Seçil Erzan. Akyüz handed the 400 thousand dollars to her in front of the bank's headquarters building where Erzan worked.

On the same day, a person named Tekin Alp Göksel also sent 9 million 703 thousand 250 TL. Bahçekapılı used the money that arrived in TL to purchase 501 thousand 600 dollars.
