The allegation that Dr. Ender Saraç sexually abused his son, Mikail Saraç, has sparked debate on social media.

According to the allegation, Saraç's son, Mikail Saraç, who is in the 8th grade, told his school counselor on December 5, 2023, that he had been abused.

Speaking to 12punto following the allegations, Saraç stated, "Could a person like me do this? I have been subjected to slander, I am upset. It is definitely and clearly a lie. I have applied to legal channels. I will share the documents with the public shortly."

Making new statements to Habertürk after the allegations that occupied the public agenda, Saraç said, "Those images are definitely edited; his mother is using the child to make slanderous claims. My son retracted the allegations in the statement he gave at the Child Monitoring Center. It has been revealed that it was a lie."

Dr. Ender Saraç explained the background of the abuse allegations that have come to the public's attention through his lawyer, Altın Mimir.

"First and foremost, we would like to share our deep sadness at having to make this statement against the slander directed at our client. Because there can be no justifiable reason for a child, who is just preparing to enter adolescence, to be used by a mother as material for a divorce case in order to obtain unfair gain. It is a legal and conscientious necessity that no one should be a tool in inflicting a lifelong trauma on a child solely for the purpose of obtaining a large sum of money from our client, Dr. Ender SARAÇ.

We would like to emphasize that the marriage between our client and his wife, Benan SARAÇ, has been unsustainable for a long time, and the parties have been living separately for over 3 years.

From the moment the client took action to end his marriage, which remained only on paper, he was threatened with various edited video recordings. Following his refusal to yield to these threats and his filing for divorce, and upon the court issuing a confidentiality order and a publication ban regarding the content of the case, this ugly, unrealistic, and blood-curdling plan was prepared, and a perception operation was launched via social media.

At this point, we would like to state that Benan Hanım, who could not speak due to the protection order issued against Benan SARAÇ, did not hesitate to sacrifice her child. As the public will appreciate, if such an event had truly occurred, no mother would have kept this video in her possession for years to use it for blackmail.

Undoubtedly, if any person, let alone a mother, even suspected such a thing, the first thing they would do is apply to the judiciary. Instead of applying to the judiciary after the divorce case was filed against her, we leave it to the public's discretion to judge the purpose of pressuring a small child to make statements against his father, whom he has not seen for months, and having a document that should be completely confidential published by some shady accounts without even blurring the child's name.

Furthermore, we would like to state that the fact that the cat named Boncuk, seen in the video presented as the so-called evidence of the ugly slander attributed to the client, passed away exactly 6 years ago is in itself of great importance in showing the gravity of the situation.

Involving children in extremely difficult and traumatic processes such as divorce is an extremely important duty and responsibility imposed not only on mothers and fathers but on the entire society.

Reminding that society should take the child under protection against parents who succumb to their individual ambitions, we hope that no one will be a tool in this smear campaign conducted on social media.

Because the greatest value that needs to be protected here is a child whose will has been impaired.
