Enforcement proceedings against Atatürk-hater Furkan Bölükbaşı: He had asked his followers for support

Enforcement proceedings have now been initiated against Bölükbaşı, who is known for his anti-Atatürk and anti-Republic rhetoric.

Sevdagül Tunçer is resolutely continuing the legal process against Bölükbaşı, after winning the lawsuit she filed against him due to the smear campaign he conducted on social media. 

Enforcement proceedings have been initiated against Bölükbaşı, who has not paid the compensation amount despite the court ruling. 

Tunçer stated, “Justice will be served. No one will be able to slander and then get away with it.”

Furkan Bölükbaşı, on the other hand, has filed an application for the postponement of the enforcement proceedings. 

Bölükbaşı, who frequently makes headlines with his anti-Atatürk rhetoric, had been met with backlash from citizens committed to the values of the Republic for asking for support to avoid paying the court-ordered compensation. 

Zafer Party officials stated that they hope this process will become a landmark case and serve as a deterrent against lies, slander, and hate speech on social media.
