President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan attended the swearing-in ceremony of Prof. Dr. Ömer Çınar, held on the occasion of the 62nd anniversary of the establishment of the Constitutional Court.

Before the ceremony, it did not go unnoticed that Erdoğan fixed his hair with a comb he took from his security detail.
