Erdoğan expresses satisfaction with South Africa's genocide case against Israel

Erdoğan expresses satisfaction with South Africa's genocide case against Israel

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a phone call with President of the Republic of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa.

During the call, Israel's attacks on Palestine, bilateral relations between Turkey and the Republic of South Africa, as well as regional and global issues were discussed.

In the meeting, Erdoğan expressed his satisfaction with the case filed by South Africa against Israel at the International Court of Justice to punish the crime of genocide committed against the Palestinian people.

During the discussion, where the legal process was evaluated, President Erdoğan stated that Turkey will exert maximum effort to ensure this rightful case is concluded in accordance with international law and human rights, and that Israel receives the punishment it deserves for the crimes against humanity it has committed.
