Erdoğan's October 7 post: 'Just as Hitler was stopped, Netanyahu will also be stopped'

Following the Al-Aqsa Flood Operation launched by Hamas against Israel on October 7, 2023, Israel's massacre of civilians in Gaza continues.

On the first anniversary of the war between Hamas and Israel, AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğanshared a video on his social media account.

In his post, Erdoğan included the following statements:

"Today is October 7... 50,000 of our brothers and sisters, mostly children and women, who were alive exactly 365 days ago, have been brutally murdered. Hospitals, places of worship of different faiths, and schools in Gaza are no longer standing. Many journalists, representatives of non-governmental organizations, and peace ambassadors are no longer with us. What is dying in Gaza, in Palestine, and these days in Lebanon, is not just women, children, babies, and innocent civilians; it is also humanity, the institutions expected to serve humanity, and the international system..."

For exactly one year, what has been murdered before the eyes of the world and on live broadcast is actually all of humanity and all of humanity's hopes for the future. Today, I remember with sorrow the tens of thousands of people murdered by the murderous Israeli government since October 7; I convey my deepest condolences to my heartbroken Gazan, Palestinian, and Lebanese brothers and sisters who have lost their spouses, children, and families."

Israel's long-standing policy of genocide, occupation, and invasion must now come to an end. It should not be forgotten that Israel will sooner or later pay the price for this genocide it has been carrying out for a year and continues to carry out. Just as Hitler was stopped by a common alliance of humanity, Netanyahu and his network of murderers will be stopped in the same way. A world where the Gaza genocide is not held to account will not find peace.
