Erdoğan targets İmamoğlu at Istanbul rally: 'It is not a part-time job'

AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan addressed the public in Istanbul's Sultanbeyli district.

Erdoğan said, "Istanbul has regressed in 5 years. Has the Metropolitan Municipality made any investment in Sultanbeyli? They say 'full speed ahead,' but you are going full speed in reverse. With its transportation and traffic, Istanbul has become a sorry sight. Managing Istanbul is not a part-time job. The person managing Istanbul is either on vacation, eating fish with ambassadors, or chasing the vice presidency."

"SUITCASES FULL OF MONEY ARE BEING TAKEN SOMEWHERE"

"Istanbul's top priority is preparation for an earthquake. Have you seen any effort regarding this lately? Acting as if Istanbul is not facing an earthquake threat does not make this danger disappear. In the next 5 years, all buildings in Istanbul will be renewed. 650 thousand residences will be renewed in 5 years. Suitcases full of money are being taken somewhere. Where are they being taken?
