Erdoğan to meet with German Chancellor in Berlin
The German government spokesperson announced that AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz will meet in Berlin next Friday.
The German Federal Government has made a statement regarding the meeting expected to take place in Germany between Chancellor Olaf Scholz and AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
According to a Reuters report, a spokesperson for the German Federal Government shared the information that Erdoğan and Scholz will meet in the capital, Berlin, next Friday, November 17.
THE VISIT WAS EXPECTED TO TAKE PLACE ON NOVEMBER 17-18
Some Turkish sources, providing information within the scope of the talks held in Ankara by German Vice Chancellor and Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Robert Habeck, had stated that Erdoğan's visit to Berlin, accompanied by some ministers, was planned for November 17-18.
German diplomats, however, had avoided giving a definitive date for the visit, stating that the details of the visit were still being negotiated.
