Erdoğan's son-in-law Berat Albayrak establishes new foundation: Assets disclosed
Former Minister of Treasury and Finance Berat Albayrak has established a foundation named 'Turkuvaz' together with Turkuvaz Media Group Deputy Chairman Serhat Albayrak and Ömer Faruk Kalyoncu.
Berat Albayrak, son-in-law of AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has established a new foundation.
The announcement regarding the establishment of the "Turkuvaz Foundation" was published in the Official Gazette. The founders of the Istanbul-based foundation were listed as Berat Albayrak, Turkuvaz Media Group Deputy Chairman Serhat Albayrak, and Ömer Faruk Kalyoncu.
Berat Albayrak's wife, Esra Albayrak, and Kübra Kalyoncu also serve on the board of directors of the Turkuvaz Foundation.
The foundation, which has assets of 500 thousand TL, stated its purpose as “to engage in press, publishing, media, communication, cultural, and educational activities, to support the development of these fields, and to contribute to the development of our country through its educational, social, and cultural activities.”
