With the acceptance of the indictment regarding the murder of Sinan Ateş, all eyes have turned to the court process. Journalist Erk Acarer announced the interim order of the Sinan Ateş file on his social media account.
The trial of 22 defendants regarding the murder of Ateş will begin on July 1.
In the investigation conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, the indictment prepared against 22 defendants was accepted by the Ankara 32nd High Criminal Court.
The court decided that the first hearing of the case will be held on July 1, 2024.
ERK ACARER ANNOUNCED THE INTERIM ORDER

Acarer, who closely follows the Sinan Ateş murder and the subsequent developments and has made striking posts on the subject, this time shared the information he received regarding how the case, which will begin in July, will proceed.

Regarding the 22 detained defendants, detention will continue until the court date...
The court will last 5 days and 22 defendants will be heard. In addition, a court summons will be served to Selman Bozkurt and Ayşe Ateş.
A letter has been written to the Homicide Bureau for witnesses AK, GY, and ME to be present in court.
A report will be requested from the Forensic Medicine Institute regarding the injuries sustained by Selman Bozkurt after the shooting.
The court, which will begin on 01.07.2024, will continue until 05.07.2024.
